The article describes definition of the problem, methodology of problem solving, information system that allows to conduct mutual agreements between the subjects of wholesale market of electric power within the conditions of antimonopoly legislation of the Russian Federation. The proposed methodology allows to lower the general expenses for these economic subjects in interests of all region.
