The attention is focused on questions of management by innovative activity in new business structures, namely approaches to definition of the base concepts used in a control system, techniques of a choice of the factors defining character of development of innovative process, well-founded methods of calculation of indicators of innovative appeal, competitiveness, etc.
     The basic tendency of economy of knowledge as direct productive force where the key role is played by adequacy of industrial sectors is revealed.
