Citizens’ share in capital is a basic funding source of public residential construction. With the passage of the law about the participation in share construction the demands towards builders relying on the involving of shareholders made tougher. It caused to the active using of “illegal” layouts of organization of backing in construction, and legal mechanism made grow by the specificity of its using in investment building projects.
