In clause the condition of ferrous metallurgy of the world on regions, and also Russia, in connection with an economic crisis is in detail analyzed. Comparative data on slump in production in branch for last two years are cited. Principal causes and the factors which have caused crisis reveal. Problem questions on development of ferrous metallurgy are considered.
