The economic crisis has led to an indispensability of review of the basic parameters of world diamond business. Forecasts versions and scripts of its progress for updating strategy of progress of the Russian diamond-brilliancy complex are made. World diamond pipeline, which are using and the original procedure of the analysis of the basic parameters is developed for other economic researches.
