In condition of modern situation of world economy, world economic crisis, the necessary of scientific way in change of strategic principles of management in all levels and spheres is very actual nowadays. In article was shown significance of scientific researches directed in studying of organization and economic potential of Russian diamond complex and forecast of some variants of its future development. It is necessary to change the strategy of perspective development of complex for increasing of innovative activity.
