Peculiarities of governmental regional policy in Kyrgyzstan

The article is dedicated to a problem of government regional policy in Kyrgyzstan. The author gives examples of industry regional policy, which is in fact is being realized by ministries and agencies of Republic in conditions when there is no concept of government regional policy in Kyrgyzstan and no normative legal documents on this issue. Author shows his vision of content and structure of this concept and also some suggestions on modernization of governmental management system, perfection of existing net of administrative and territorial division of Kyrgyzstan.
