Priority national project « Development of Agricultural Complex» is directed on the decision of economic and social problems in the agrarian sector of economy. Realization of agrarian reform is impossible without permanent development of skilled potential and level of its motivation. Only by adoption of direct economic methods in combination with social methods the growth of maintenance of agriculture by skilled specialists is possible. In the article basic results of sphere of agrarian policy in the Nizhny Novgorod Region are examined. They directed on improvement of skilled working staff and fixing of young specialists in agriculture.
