Major overhaul as the basis of reproduction of the available housing in crisis conditions

In article the economic essence of a problem of major repairs of available housing is opened, its role in reproduction of available housing and improvement of conditions of residing of the population of the country is shown. The comparative analysis of necessary volumes and actual performance of works on major repairs in natural and cost measurement, and as on sources of financing in 2003-2007 is carried out. The conclusion is drawn on necessity of strengthening of economic character of management by available housing major repairs in modern conditions through formation of economic interests of all subjects of management and the managing, co-operating in housing sphere.
