Theoretical glances are analyzed in article on intercoupling renewed power resource and sustainable economic growing. The considered main trends of the notion of the sustainable permanent development to Russia and Dagestana, directed on decision ecological and economic problems. The offered structure economy-legal mechanism of involvement RPR in fuel-energy balance to Republic Dagestan.
