The article defines the special features of transnational corporations (TNC) activities in global and Russian economy. It gives theoretical foundations and practical aspects of the large corporations' social responsibility. It analyses the merging tendencies among the foreign and Russian TNC branches in different Russian regions. It point out the defects of social model of the Russian large businesses in terms of their regionalization.
