The efficient development of the Russian economy

The article explores the urgency of an issue of the effective development of the Russian economy in a modern context and it also considers the principal provisions to implement the process of the effective development of the Russian economy in the context of ensuring the sustained growth of the national economy. The author substantiates the necessity of carrying out the evaluation of the effectiveness development of the country, Federal districts and regions enabling to identify the territorial imbalances in the process of the national economy functioning and to explore the factors that increase the economy's productive capacity. The paper discusses the theoretical aspects of the effective development of the national economy, which take into account the best probable consistency in the application of scientific knowledge and methods in order to achieve an intended objective. The theoretical aspects enable to determine the principal provisions of formation of idea and conceptual framework for the "effective economic development" and carrying out of an analysis of the established theoretical approaches to expand the boundaries of the theories of the national economy development and the implementation of a system of strategic directions. The author develops the estimation procedure of the effectiveness of the economy development, which is based on the classic laws of the economic theory and which allows to determine not only the volume, but also the types of the territorial resources, which are required for the optimal functioning of the reproductive cycle at the level of region, the Federal District and the national economy as a whole. The evaluation found that in the period of crisis, the best increase is observed in marginal product with an increment of the volume of resources resulting from the transformation of boundaries of the production capacity within the previously established limits of the efficient use of factors of production. Based on the results of the study, the author makes a conclusion about the need to implement the process of the effective development of the Russian economy in the format of the array of the requirements, which are realized through the development and implementation of the set of the management solutions focused on the optimal organization of the economic, social, political, legal, institutional and other impacts on the environment of the functional and territorial development of the country.
