The article explores the reorientation of the Russian economic policy to the urgent national interests, development of the Russian economy as an independent and autonomous structural component of the world economy. The author considers the retrospective dynamics of the Russian economy and the effectiveness of the main factors of its growth in 2000's. The paper discusses the socialization of the Russian economic policies in order to reduce the negative impacts of the "privatization ideology". The author articulates certain proposals on the socialization of instruments of fiscal and monetary policies aimed at restoring the sustainable development of the Russian economy.
