Consistent patterns and trends of development of social policy in Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the course of institutional and socio-economic reforms

As a case study, the article discusses price liberalization and monetization of benefits and considers the impact of socio-economic reforms, which were carried out since the beginning of the 1990's, at the social policy in the law enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis, the paper demonstrates the trends and consistent patterns of social policy development in the law enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation during institutional and socio-economic reforms. The author draws conclusions about the significance of social and socio-economic results of the implementation of social policy reform in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
