The article presents fundamentals of complete information policy directed on activation of parental labor. The authors reveal the purposes and task, objects, ideas and the principles of realization, the potential subject of its implementation. The paper proves that promotion of ideas of information policy can be most effectively realized through system of two social institutes: mass media and education institute.
