The author of this paper discusses the risks accompanying the restructuring of the industrial capacities of the production of conventional arms, ammunition and special chemicals applied to the liquidation and join of the enterprises of test polygon complex. the grouping risks include techniques to minimize them. The article offers grouping of these risks include techniques to minimize them. The author demonstrates novelty of risks on the basis of analysis of reliable scientific sources. The work is a part of the project to create the Siberian Branch of Federal State Enterprise "Research Institute "Geodesy".
