This paper presents the Russian model of corporate social responsibility. The history of Russian CSR is analyzed; three stages of CSR development in post-soviet Russia are shown. Driving forces of CSR in Russia are presented. High profitability affords to build economic level of responsibility; features of business environment (immaturity of the legal framework, distrust of government by members of business community) block legal level of corporate responsibility.
