Formation of intellectual security imperatives of modern higher education institution

This article discusses the security of the modern intellectual institution of higher education. Position about that deep base of intellectual security institution is the security of its integrated intellectual capital (management, research and education and research). Proposes measures to prevent existing and potential threats to sustainable development and competitiveness of the university in the education market.
