The article deals with the formation of the market eco-innovative regeneration of natural resources and environmental components. The trends in the development of this market and formulate possible areas of its organization in the Russian Federation, as well as measures to be taken by both government agencies and the functioning of Nature for business entities to timely adaptation to the modern requirements of the state and society. Defined set of activities and main directions aimed at improving the tools its regulation.
