Promotion strategy of Russia in the global education market universities

A high state's role in the adaptation of Russian universities to global education market. Demonstrated that the development of state strategies to promote Russia on the world market of educational services universities will create a recommendation regulations that will help increase the competitiveness of national universities at both global and domestic markets. The author suggests this promotion strategy, defining its goals, objectives, target audience and tactical activities.
