The development of modern society is hard to imagine without information and communication technologies (ICT). Internet technologies directly influence the formation of human capital, become the source of new knowledge. Increasing accessibility and widespread use of ICT make their impact on the implementation of the individuals obvious. People believe that Internet technology can provide the required level of knowledge. This led to the emergence of such concepts as "guglizatsiya" consciousness.
