In the article the problem of technological transformations in the Russian economy in the light of global changes of world system and their structural restrictions is considered. Questions of technological development (leadership) are considered, the technique of a choice of priorities of technological development is presented, the principles and algorithm of formation of strategy of new economic growth are offered.
