Use of labor and human resources in encampments of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)

In the article the analysis both qualitative, and quantitative indices of personnel potential of uluses of the Arctic zone of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) which allowed authors of this work to open its current state rather in detail is carried out. During the conducted researches it was succeeded to reveal decrease in all main indicators of personnel potential, since time of economic reforms and to the present. Practical recommendations and suggestions for improvement of employment of the population are made.
