In the article development of home work in the Russian Federation is analyzed. The insufficient attention of legislators to this important and flexible form of work is noted. The characteristic of the main acts of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) on regulation of the labor relations in the field of home work is provided; defects in this sphere are emphasized. Advantages and prospects of use of home force at the present stage of social and economic development of the country are shown.
