Some regularities of changes in electricity consumption in the regions of Russia

On the basis of the analysis of dynamics of specific (per capita) electricity consumption of the Russian regions the expected output of the electric power is defined. The need of correction of priorities for Power strategy of Russia for the period till 2030, in particular growth of rated capacity of power plants on increase of efficiency of use of existing capacities and development of the distributed power is shown.
