Researchers even more often define specifics of the social and economic system which has developed in post-reform Russia, through concept rent and raw economy. System character of problems of the Russian reality inevitably connects with a question of property as the key social and economic category defining essence of economic system. The conclusion is drawn that arguments in favor of mainly private property as the main form of ownership for modern Russia, are deprived of economical and historical justification.
