Critical review of principal characteristics of public-private partnerships

In the article the state-of-the-art review of treatments of concept of the state-private partnership (SPP) both in foreign, and in the Russian scientific literature are presented. The main signs of SPP are shown, the principles of work of partnership are revealed. The numerous points of view about essence of SPP are classified and basic approaches to understanding of partnership are analyzed.
