Modernization of lawful regime of guarantee of financial justifiability of the Russian old age citizens

In the article the foreign practice of the financial guarantee of pension payments are analyzed, the acting pension legislation of the Russian Federation in the foreshortening of its ability to ensure worthy existence of the Russian citizens of pension age is investigated. The accepted order of financial security of payment of labor pensions (insurance part and accumulative part of a labor old-age pension) on the basis of the financial mechanism of mandatory pension insurance is revealed. The directions of development of financial security of pension payments in Russia, its alternative opportunities are considered.
