Experience high school certification by international standards : problems of evaluation criteria for customer satisfaction

In the article the experience in assessing the quality of educational services to high school on the criteria of business excellence model of the European Foundation of Quality Management (European Foundation for Quality Management - EFQM) are presented. The problems of international standardization of educational services, which are caused by the activities of the university as a culture-factor of the society, are analyzed. The material was prepared by the independent evaluation and recognition of conformity of the Moscow Technological Institute of the first level of the model EFQM - the pursuit of perfection (Committed to Excellence).
