The main ideas of shared information economy are analyzed. Its use as the basic organizational and economic theory instead of "economics" is proved. According to solidary information economy modern information technologies and the theory of decision-making allow to construct on a basis of "open network society" the information and communication system intended for identification of the needs of people and the organization of production for their satisfaction.
