World experience shows that the strengthening of defense and security is an essential function of the state, the implementation of which is the condition for the stability and efficiency of the development of society. Currently, economical and rational spending of available resources to support the necessary and sufficient military power of the state is the basis for the development of the defense system to ensure safety. This trend is reflected in the financial and economic support to the Armed Forces.
