Forming the new knowledge and competences in programs of preparing of state employees on basis of foreign experience

Getting of actual specialized education, update knowledge in the process of further training or retraining becomes such important in the system of public service as the tasks of its modernization. In the article the information about the contingent of civil servants, directions of received education, participation of specialists from all the levels of state power are analyzed. It is concluded that the potential of development of the educational area of preparing of civil servants. The list of competences that are purchased in studying the course “State risk-based regulation” is proved for some directions of bachelors and masters, the features of foreign experience of risk-based regulation are described.
