In the article the short characteristic of modern problems of development of innovative economy in Russia is presented. Features of formation of the state corporations are shown; their role and value carrying out modernization of the Russian economy are disclosed. On the example of State Corporation "Rosatom" the short analysis of the most perspective forms of interaction of economic agents of innovative infrastructure with structural divisions of state corporations is considered.
