In the article the new requirements for space activities and the conditions of its implementation, defining the main directions of development of macro-and system design are considered. It is noted that in the nearest future economic border between the two countries can move into space, dividing them into two unequal groups. Scientific, technical and technological backwardness make it virtually impossible invasion outsider countries on the world market of manufacturers of rocket and space technology and services.
