Manage the water fund for Russian leasing activities in water use

This article is the logical continuation of the author’s suggestions of rent relations creation and realization of nature management in Russia. On the example of the water fund usage the main principles of nature management organization and structuring in the formation and realization of rent relations between the owner (the state) of the water fund and water users are formulated.
