On national security in housing and communal services: role of social control and effective interaction with federal authorities

In reforming housing and communal services have become reality growth rates, reducing the quality of services, unfair entrepreneurial behavior. In these circumstances, issues of national security are a priority. Social tensions on housing are dangerous on the political aspects. Housing reform is possible only with the cooperation of society and government. Obviously, to improve the quality of administration in this area is necessary to create a virtual center for solving housing problems.
