Economic policy reindustrialization of Russia: possibilities and limitations

In the article the problem of re-industrialization of the Russian economy as central to national security are investigated. The macroeconomic and structural conditions which are set by them to opportunity and restriction of economic policy of reindustrialization are investigated. The system of necessary actions to create the strategies and tactics re-industrialization of Russia is offered.
