In the article basics of the organization of foreign economic activity of the enterprises are considered. The main advantages and shortcomings of conditions of the entry of Russia in the World Trade Organization regarding the state support and agrarian and industrial complex regulation are analyzed. The results of the analysis of a current state of foreign trade of Russia and the Saratov region, and also dynamics of export and import of main types of agricultural raw materials and the food are given.
