Risk monitoring Russia's economic security in vectors of global energy market

In the article the fundamental scenarios of development of the Russian economy and power are analyzed, the world energy market which will determine parameters of economic safety of Russia and mechanisms of it’s providing. On the basis of the vectors of the global energy market, formulated challenges of economic security of the country, as well as ways of preserving the Russian leader's position. The method of calculation of the Synthetic index of power net - the export of oil on world power space is offered.
