Public and private partnership as element of investment into sphere of public health services

Modern tendencies in the development of the Russian market of services dictate their terms to the public health system. The necessity of activation of investment activities is quite urgent for the medical services market. In the article the problems of the Russian public health as well as their causes and suggests ways to solve them with the help of concrete investment activities are described. It is concluded that the creation of a new legal and organizational structure will ensure an effective functioning of the major part of state and municipal public health organizations.
