The article is devoted to topical issues of agricultural insurance with the state support. In it the statistical analysis of the main indicators characterizing a condition of agricultural insurance in the Russian Federation is submitted. And the opinion of authors under the adopted law No. 260-FZ "About the state support in the sphere of agricultural insurance" is presented.
