Possibility of assessing the results of Russia's support for small and medium-sized businesses at federal and regional level

The importance of measures to support small and medium-sized businesses often had little effect on factors such as the branch structure of the national economy, the level of development of the country and its regions, the institutional system of the country, law enforcement capacity in the protection of property rights, the levels of corruption and the shadow economy. One of the methods of investigation, there may be comparing the results support to be implemented in the same direction by different government agencies.
