In the article the need of formation and development of the consolidated system of financial security of food security on the basis of realization of model of state-private partnership are revealed. The directions of development of state-private partnership in agrarian and industrial complex, investment projects in the agrarian and industrial complexes realized with support of the Russian Federation Investment fund are considered.
