In the article the features of the system of social partnership as the primary tool for managing the development of the social and labor conflicts in the market economy. The ways of the development of social partnership in the context of the strategic approach, the tools which are inscribed in the sequence of actions to address the causes of labor disputes are presented. Rank the goals, objectives, tools and activities for management of labor disputes under the social partnership are offered.
