In the article it is noted that Russia gradually loses the positions in Mongolia, including in education. If necessary measures in the specified sphere aren't taken, further (approximately in 10 years) it will be difficult to hope for maintenance of necessary mutual understanding and effective cooperation of two countries in all spheres. However in order that Russian education took a worthy place in Mongolia, it is necessary its support at the state level.
