Modernization of housing and communal services on basis of introduction of innovative approaches in management and increase of efficiency of housing reproduction

In the article the need of modernization of the sphere of housing and communal services on the basis of its innovative development and increase of management efficiency by reproduction of housing stock is proved. The essence of new economic funding mechanisms for reproduction of existing housing stock is opened. The economic justification of efficiency of programs of reproduction of existing housing stock is presented and practical results of realization of these actions on the example of the city district Balashikha are given.
