Effectiveness of decision-making in war economy

In the article the concept of efficiency as an economic category is presented. The advantage of this concept to the effectiveness of the current interpretation of this concept in the paradigm of the war effort is shown. The offered treatment of concept of efficiency will allow to create economic tools in the field of the defensive construction, adequate to a market mechanism operating in the country.
