The analysis and systematization of obstacles in a way of production restructuring of the Russian aviation industry, formation of specialized hi-tech productions and cooperation of the enterprises is carried out. Particular attention is paid to manufacturers final competition policy in the markets of the component leads to the separation of the production of the component and to return to the old forms of production organization.
