Improvement of customs system of the Russian Federation as factor of national economic interests in conditions of globalization

In the conditions of globalization of world economy special significance is attached to functioning of customs system for the maximum assistance to development of foreign trade without prejudice to efficiency of customs control and ensuring national economic security. In the article the problems of functioning of customs Russian Federation system in the conditions of globalization, the actions, allowing to raise extent of coordination of customs administration in Russia with the principles, by norms are offered, the rules existing in the international practice to promote development of foreign trade of the country without prejudice to its economic safety are analyzed.
