In the article the results of sociological monitoring characterizing the relation of the population of the Murmansk region to problems of the region are presented. In the research the structure of social perception of efficiency of activity of local governments is analyzed. It is noted that sociological poll and the analysis of its results allow to create a picture of efficiency of activity of the local authorities, to track dynamic changes in the structure of their social perception.
